摘要：目的总结Salter骨盆截骨术治疗儿童发育性髋关节脱位的应用。方法2008年8月~2012年8月，我科对 6例8髋发育性髋关节脱位，常规行患肢骨牵引2w，采用Salter骨盆截骨术+关节囊清理紧缩缝合术，加做股骨转子下短缩旋转截骨术8髋。结果随访6个月～4年，平均随访24个月，临床随访采用Mckay髋关节功能评定标准和X线随访采用Severin标准。按Mckay标准评定髋关节功能，术后优良率达97%；按Severin标准评定X线表现，术后优良率达95.15%。结论 Salter骨盆截骨术为早期手术治疗儿童发育性髋关节脱位的首选术式，早诊断、早治疗，临床疗效满意。
